SH 146 to IH 45(S) SH99, Segment A, from SH146 to IH45(S), in Galveston County, will provide additional east-west connectivity. This will enhance opportunity for emergency evacuation and movement from residential port and recreational areas to or around Metropolitan Houston. No studies are ongoing at this time.
